That whenever I post anything here, the forum goes all quiet and no one else posts anything for a week

That comes across quite strong Tony, but knowing you its not meant the way it sounds! Shame you missed Sumners Ponds...this is the field we camped in Photo by PH We managed to fly kites from 1pm to dusk on the Saturday but really struggled on the Sunday managing just fighter kites and Dannys big soaring eagles, several at once....out of the six attendees four had never been here before and really had a brilliant weekend as there was so much to keep you occupied, or not if you wanted to relax! The two who did the first one knew what was coming! Briefly, time was well spent fishing, R/C Helicopters/Cars/paragliders/planes,hot air balloons, strolling, sunbathing, eating out, cards, BBQ and chilling!!!
Hence no reply to Mr Mankys posts...WE been busy doing nothin, and I have been getting prepared, paintballs going in the freezer as we speak...bring IT on!

ok then what do ya wanna talk about the fact there as been no sodding wind ALL WEEKEND What I *wanted* to talk about was an inter-club paintball game. possibly at another cheaper venue. But that's probably not going to happen now. Is Colin right about you? - you do realise that one seemingly rude posting has effectively sunk this idea?

Heck no, this ain't sunk yet, not without a fight! An 'inter-club paintball game' is worth pursuing I think....the challenge continues here: Members area/non kiting events
