Just a quick note to say Thanks to Ardingly for inviting Brighton Kite Flyers back again. I couldn't be there for the whole weekend as I was busy commemorating freedoms that we all hold so dear. I finally arrived on Sunday and spent an enjoyable afternoon with Paul & Tony doing a bit of team kite crashing. Team Trion ?!!? are looking for more HQ Trions, if you have any or know of any that we can steal while the owner looks the other way then tell Bonefish. We would have been joined by John but his kite sulked when the ferrules disappeared up the spars.
I also managed to persuade someone to part with the 6M bol that he was flying on Friday. Thanks mate.
So thats it, the sun goes down on another year.
Well almost,
A quick dive into NHBC field might happen at the weekend.
See ya out there somewhere
Cheers,

We would have been joined by John but his kite sulked when the ferrules disappeared up the spars. Tuesday night I investigated and got to look up both parts of the spar - it hasn't disappeared up the spar, it's totally disappeared. How the **** it managed to fall out of the channel I don't know! I suspect Bonefish sabotaged the kite when I was not looking to try and persuade me to sell the kite to him. So if anyone can let me have a piece about 4" long that fits inside 7mm tube. Looking at the other spar it is 6mm diameter tube with very thick walls (the hole up the middle is about 2.5mm diameter).
