Greetings Kite Buffs, So you think you know a bargain when you see one? Well how about these beauties. Aldi Kites at £3.99 a pop, soon available from a store near you! Don’t like the quality? Well, nil desperandum, throw away the kite (well most of it) and keep the spars; you still have a bargain. Cut some useful coloured patches from the sail ready for repairs when Colin cuts you out and spins you into a death wrap with his Lidl’s Delta! A double bonus! There may also be some useful plastic fittings that you can re-use! Buy one ‘just in case’ and if you do not use any part of it either:- 1) Give it to the Pickled Herring. 2) Put it in the auction at one of next year’s jolly up’s and hope by then that everybody has forgotten where they originally came from! "Greetings Kite Buffs, .........cut some useful coloured patches from the sail ready for repairs when Colin cuts you out and spins you into a death wrap with his Lidl’s Delta! A double bonus! " Your Honor, may I approach the bench?( To be said in the voice of Darth Vader ) AS the accused, I wish to make it known to the Jury that I have NEVER ‘Cut’ anyone out of the sky, occasionally tangled, yes ( while momentarily distracted making a cuppa) but the situation has always been amicably resolved by both (OK sometimes several) parties continuing with their respective Kites up and flying undamaged.
Although usually inadmissible as evidence, the accuser in THIS particular instance has SO MUCH ‘PREVIOUS’ it would be ludicrous and unjust for it not to be taken into consideration….a fishing rod and 100lb braided or Spiderwire seem to be his weapons of choice, and that scary ‘grin’ of satisfaction that comes over him as he slices into you is unnerving….and you know it will be followed with "I’m EVER so sorry, cant think how that happened" (Even bigger Grin!)
I think the Jury out there can relate to this, and if I am found innocent, perhaps the title ‘Unstable Dick’ or ‘The Norfolk slicer’ could be pegged onto the accuser? Greetings Kite Buffs, Buy one ‘just in case’ and if you do not use any part of it either:- 1) Give it to the Pickled Herring. I thought I was BAD but he takes the buiscuit (s), cakes, pies, crumble and ... kites! ;D ;D
