Yes you will need a pass to get onto the flying field - drop me a line with your vehicle registration number and I will send you a ticket
Alternatively you “could” pay for a ticket and park in the public car park but that is a fair distance from the flying field
You also need to be advised that NO VEHICULR movements will be permitted on the festival site between 10:00hrs and 17:00hrs – this is to do with public liability insurance relating to paid entrance fees
My email to send your details to is

Cheers
Big John

So much for leaving at a sensible hour...its 19.45 on THURSDAY ;D ;D ;D (staying till Monday ;D ;D ;D) and have just put my 'luxury apartment' onto the capable 4WD, thank-you to my sponsors for this weekends necessities: food, Lidls and Iceland, and Sainsburys for the fuel and fags.
Just time for the threes 'Sesses' that's a sandwich, shower, shave..and off to enjoy noisy Kingsfold with the continuous drone of the gloppety, gloppety steam engines doing pointless tasks!
Mission for the weekend (referring to another recent post) find someone who IS camping and convince them they NEED to join the BKF for the 2009 activities.....
Bloomin'eck I'm still 'ere. As the wind speed for Saturday/Sunday is predicted 1-4 mph I am taking a few RC models to play with! As a few of us have RC Model cars, how about a mass thrash around the second field we have been allocated this year? Look out for JD's air/land/sea vehicle.....hopefully repaired after its maiden crash flight at Sumners last weekend!

I would like to say a big thank you to Big John for organizing the passes for this event, although only there for the day we had a great time and I know the amount of work that goes into getting names and passes for everyone.
So Thank you Big John

A realy nice chilled weekend. Just what i needed. No wind, so no presure to fly. But then its Kingsfold, no presure to fly anyway. Highlights, John's Valveless Pulse Jet was awsome. 1812 revisited was hilarious from start to finish. Phil, putting the world to rights in Deadwood whilst wearing flashing bunny ears was just bizare. Thanks to: Big John for sorting it out for us. The orginisers for putting up with us it on. the weather on Friday for giving us some good flying. Cheers, Greenman

FANTASTIC weekend for all but one of us! Stunning, warm, dry weather too..for all of us, except one (it rained only on his parade!)
Thanks Big John for arranging another eventful event, put me down for next year. (Are we still welcome? What about if we excommunicated JB for his behavior?)

We will be camping at Kingsfold on the w/e of the 18 - 19th Oct as it's a Western themed weekend run by the local "Townfolk". I had an invite from "Trapper", Theres a ho-down in the evening. Same kind of thing as was at Steam Rally but minus the steam.
