Woke up this morning a gibbering wreck having had terrible a nightmare about tying hundreds of knots in fine slippery thread whilst a voice repeatedly asked 'What are you like with sellotape?' Well - what ARE you like with sellotape? - you never did tell me. (Me - I'm rubbish!) ;D

Greetings, I simply want to say what a super time I had at the festival. I laughed constantly all three days and surely that is the test of a good festival, it should be more than anything else lighthearted (and dare I say it) infantile fun! I had a great time and I hope to never grow up! A very big thank you to the committee and all of those involved in the organization and running of the event, it was your efforts that made it fun for me; thank you. Best Regards Dick I echo Dick's sentiments entirely! I was asked if I dyed my hair black! How many members spotted Achmed the Terrorist at Stanmer at the weekend? I wonder what he kept under his hat, he seemed a little explosive at times! A strange thing happened .... Martha's drawers and the "Spirit of the heart" both flew beautifully on sat afternoon but performed disasterously on sunday! Why? Everyone else's kites seemed to fly perfectly. To top it all I had nightmares sunday night. I kept seeing this strange Manky bloke from Kent coming towards me with his arms outstretched with yards of Keith Boxall's hair in his hands looking as though he was creating balls of bridle, laughing and dribbling uncontrollably. I shuddered in my bed! I was pleased to win a book on making and flying fighter kites, I look forward to a good read and play in the winter months.

I am very pleased for all concerned that the big bash went off very well, I'm just VERY sorry that I was not able to be part of it all, AGAIN.
C2lln I liked for your little journo' bit, sort of set the scene, proper like.
I also hope that everyone got to their abodes safely.
Jealous, envious, Moi?
